At the next conference of the City Parliament, on 17 December 2012, the arguable decree related to the scientific research will be suspended, and the new text will be adopted.

Zahvaljujem vam na sugestiji. Greskom sluzbenika gradske uprave doslo je do usvajanja ove Odluke.
Brzo smo reagovali i tako ce se clan 40 Odluke o uslovima drzanja, postupanja i zastite domacih zivotinja izmeniti i sporne odredbe koje se odnose na naucno istrazivacki rad bice izbacene vec na sledecoj sednici Skupstine grada, koja ce se odrzati 17. decembra 2012. godine.

We reacted quickly, so Section 40 of the Decision about the housing conditions, treatment and protection of domestic animals, and arguable decree related to the scientific research will be abolish at the next conference of the City Parliament, which will be held on 17 December 2012.

IZMENA ODLUKE O USLOVIMA DRZANJA, POSTUPANJA I ZASTITE DOMACIH ZIVOTINJA
13.decembar 2012.
Odluka o o uslovima držanja, postupanja i zaštite domaćih životinja biće izmenjena, a novi tekst će se naći već na narednoj sednici Skupštine grada Smedereva.
Član 40. Odluke o uslovima držanja, postupanja i zaštite domaćih životinja biće izmenjen i sporne odredbe koje se odnose na ustupanje životinja za naučno istraživački rad biće izbačene već na sledećoj sednici Skupštine grada, 17.decembra.
„Ova Gradska uprava nastoji da obezbedi dodatne uslove za prihvat pasa i mačaka lutalica izgradnjom azila, adekvatnog prostora u okviru azila i pri kraju smo završetka tih radova“, istakla je gradonačelnica.
Ona je dodala da je u smederevskom prihvatilištu smešteno oko 150 životinja o kojima se svakodnevno brinu dva veterinarska tehničara, jedan veterinar i 4 pomoćna radnika.
Gradska uprava Smederevo godišnje izdvaja za ishranu ovih životinja 200.000 evra, a proces sterilizacije, koji se redovno vrši, donacija je nevladinih organizacija.

Section 40 of the Decision about the housing conditions, treatment and protection of domestic animals, and arguable decree related to the scientific research will be abolish at the next conference of the City Parliament, which will be held on 17 December 2012..
"The city Government is trying to provide the better living conditions for stray dogs and cats by building the shelter, with adequate large space, and we are at the end of completion these works", said the Mayor.
The Mayor added that in today Smederevo shelter are about 150 animals. One vet, two vet technicians and four shelter workers are providing them the daily care.
The city Government of Smederevo every year spend 200,000 Euro to feed these animals, and sterilization program is performed regularly, thanks to donations from non-government organizations.

P.s. Many people say that they don't see the point of writing letters or signing petitions as a form of protest. But many small voices together can make a big noise.

ReplyDeleteLa victoire est dans l'action, la passivité est tout aussi criminelle que de faire souffrir les animaux. Quand on aime notre société on agit en responsable, la protection des animaux fait partie d'un équilibre planétaire, l'homme équilibré et digne agit dans ce sens. On a qu'un coeur pour tout le monde animaux comme humain, pas de sélection ! Toute ma vie j'ai défendu et continuerai à lutter contre toutes formes d'injustices, il ne faut pas oublier que c'est l'homme qui l'alimente et pas l'inverse !

Hvala... Takodje vas molim da delimo sve informacije i da sto pre otklonimo sve greske u bilo kojoj oblasti koja utice na los zivot zivotinja u srbiji. Hvala puno.

ReplyDeleteSerbia is a country in transition, with a lot of problems and lacking finance resources. While it is encouraging to see some improvements in Smederevo, the reality is that still thousands of Serbian stray animals are living on the streets and need urgent help.

Sigurna sam da EPAR Srbija i njihov zastupnik Slavica proveravaju da li su svi clanovi Odluke o uslovima držanja, postupanja i zaštite domaćih životinja u potpunosti izmenjeni u skladu sa zakonom. Neizmerno volim zivotinje i nadam se da ce lica koja su donela ovaj "zakonski" akt odgovarati.
Prenela sam vest sa "smederevo.org.rs" i odgovor gradonacelnika Smedereva sa nadom smo ipak nesto postigli kada je rec o lutalicama iz Smedereva. Hvala za komentar Andrea!
