On August 19 2014, in Staro selo, Serbia, in the yard of the owner's house, unknown person was killed 8-years old dog Bingo. The autopsy, performed by the authorized veterinarian, showed that the dog was poisoned with the toxic substance that is banned in Serbia. The police was informed and the prosecutor requested an investigation, but until today nobody investigates the case of unfortunate dog Bingo.
This is not first unsolved case of animal cruelty in Serbia!
Serbia is currently undertaking the process of applying for EU membership, so finally must fully enforce its own national animal welfare legislation.

JUSTICE FOR THE DOG BINGO!
SAV: SERBIA MUST FULLY ENFORCE ITS OWN NATIONAL ANIMAL WELFARE LEGISLATION PRIOR TO MEMBERSHIP OF THE EU
I see Serbia's ethics exclusively
as a human institution. In 2015, Serbia must bring the
animals into the sphere of moral recognition and protect them with the powers of
law and the state.
Isn't that right, Bingo?
Thank you, my friend :) Both petitions signed and shared.
