THE ROYAL HORSE GALA IN SERBIA | Speak out against cruelty to horses!

PLEASE ASK KOMBANK ARENA, THE ORGANIZER OF THE SHOW, NOT TO PROMOTE ANIMAL SUFFERING!

USE THIS SAMPLE MESSAGE, OR WRITE YOUR OWN COMMENT.

I am writing to ask KOMBANK ARENA to stop promote animal suffering. THE ROYAL HORSE GALA is inhumane and has no place in a civilized society. These horses are routinely exposed to fear, pain and stress for the sake of entertainment. Why would KOMBANK ARENA associate itself with ANIMAL CRUELTY?

The show PEGASUS is very sad event for all animal lovers. If you continue to sponsor shows that promote animal abuse, people will boycott all KOMBANK ARENA events and advise others to do the same.

Andalusian, Lusitanian, Pony and other horse breeds are mentally and physically tortured and forced to perform pointless tricks for the money!

IN MEMORY OF EXCALIBUR: Why do we kill?

Teresa Romero Ramos with her beloved 12-year-old rescue dog

UPDATE, 19 October 2014:
DID EXCALIBUR DIE FOR NOTHING? Spanish nurse whose dog was put down after she contracted Ebola has recovered, officials say

Excalibur is the legendary sword of king Arthur. Arthur obtained the throne by pulling a sword from a stone, which could be performed only by "the true NOBLE king". Unfortunately, governments are not so noble today and they are pulling their swords for no reason.

All governments in the world have the LICENSE TO KILL. Officially, the deadly force can be used only for protection of life but, shockingly, the license to kill concept
really means that governments can kill whatever species they want.

Last victim of this desperate failure of justice was Romero's family dog EXCALIBUR. On October 10th 2014, Spanish government officials eliminated EXCALIBUR over fears he could transmit Ebola disease.

While Teresa Romero, who had treated two missionaries killed by Ebola, fights for her life, her husband Javier Limon Romero asked for help to stop his dog being killed by Spanish authorities.

In the past few days, several animal welfare groups mobilized following Javier's message and 407,000 people had signed the petition, urging authorities to spare Excalibur.
Another evidence of a resistance to the license to kill was demonstrators who tried to stop this senseless execution outside Romero's house.

The authorities had the option of treating this animal like a human being and putting it into quarantine. Sadly, Spanish government didn't listen to the pleas of the owners and people who respect life, they prefer to kill innocent dog.

IS THIS HOW SPANISH AUTHORITIES HONOR PEOPLE WHO SACRIFICE THEIR LIFE BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY?

It seems unfair to me that because of a mistake they’ve made, they want to solve this the easy way. A dog doesn’t have to infect a person and vice versa. - Javier Romero

The question: Why do we kill? Is it evolved from our ancestors, or is it something that we absorb from our social surroundings? We have capacity to achieve great things, and yet we are sometimes a virus worse than Ebola...

Excalibur, I hope one day we might stop killing.

On the other side of the world, less than a week after officials in Spain destroyed 12-year-old rescue dog Excalibur, there is a victory for animal-rights activists: Dallas officials announced that Bentley, the dog of the Dallas nurse Nina Pham, who contracted Ebola when treating a patient, will remain in a safe place to await its owner’s recovery.

The dog's very important to the patient and we want it to be safe - said Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings.

So, love animals.
