Take action to save the fur farm ban in Bosnia & Herzegovina

The Bosnian government recently voted for a last-minute postponement of the fur farming ban, that was suppose to prohibit fur farming in 2018. The controversial amendment would delay the ban for another ten years. Representatives of Fur Free Alliance (FFA), PETA and Aarhus Center spoke at a press conference in Sarajevo to call for the implementation of the Bosnian fur farming ban without any further delay.

All throughout Europe governments are making significant steps to end fur farming, with Germany and the Czech Republic being the most recent examples. Bosnia and Herzegovina was at the forefront of this development and would remain a positive example by banning the cruel practice for fur farming next year.

Sign for Cola & Kao: IMPOSE MAXIMUM PENALTY FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY OFFENCES IN THAILAND

Cola is a 9-month-old pup who was just doing what puppies do. After managing to get on to a neighbour’s property, he chewed a pair of shoes. Cola’s owner paid the neighbor for the damage but sadly, the story didn’t end there. Cola had both his front legs hacked off with a sword in a vicious attack. He survived and still has incredible joy for life.

The accused was sentenced with 1 month for imprisonment.

In another case: Chicken-rice stall shop owner BRUTALLY KILLED THE DOG KAO, who was chained up and muzzled, then beaten and stabbed repeatedly. The accused received 2 months for imprisonment.

On the streets of Thailand many stray dogs and cats are targets of abuse. Please donate to SOI DOG FOUNDATION to help them END THE SUFFERING OF STRAY DOGS & CATS.
